1. Overview

Prediction Council ("the Service") provides AI-generated analysis reports on prediction market events. By using this service, you agree to these terms.

2. Credit System

The Service uses a virtual credit system for purchasing reports. Key terms:

• Credits are non-refundable prepaid digital goods
• Credits have no monetary value outside of this platform
• Credits cannot be transferred between accounts
• Free credits (200/week) expire and reset every Monday
• Purchased credits do not expire
• A fresh report costs 200 credits; a cached report costs 100 credits

3. Not Financial Advice

Reports generated by Prediction Council are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or trading recommendations. AI models can produce incorrect analysis. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share or redistribute purchased reports
• Automate access to the service without permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI analysis process
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

5. Account Suspension

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate account suspension and credit balance forfeiture. If you believe a charge is in error, contact us at support@predictioncouncil.com before filing a dispute.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI model providers may experience downtime. If a report fails to generate, your credits are automatically preserved.

7. Limitation of Liability

Prediction Council is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from the use of our reports or service, including but not limited to trading losses.
